The role that got Karisma Kapoor a National Award was first offered to Juhi Chawla and then to Kajol, but both the actresses turned it down for they didn't want to play the supporting actress role in the movie.
Chalte Chalte
SRK and Aishwarya Rai were supposed to work together in Chalte Chalte, but Salman-SRK spat caused Salman creating a ruckus on the sets of Chalte Chalte and Aishwarya Rai opted out of the movie. The movie was then offered to Kajol, but she turned it down and then Rani Mukherjee stepped in.
3 Idiots
Due to dates problem, Kajol had to turn down Rajkumar Hirani's 3 Idiots and the role then went to Kareena Kapoor.
