Tigmanshu Dhulia's upcoming directorial is a gritty tale of friendship but the filmmaker believes the audience will love the music of the film, too.

Dhulia's new film "Yaara" is all set to release digitally on July 30, Friendship Day. The songs have been composed by Gourov-Roshin, Shaan, Ankit Tiwari and Siddharth Pandit, while the lyrics have been written by Prashant Ingole, Sunil Sirvaiya, Manoj Muntashir and Rev Shergill.

"Music is the soul of every movie, it is what makes the film forward. Some movies are remembered for the performance of the cast and some for the music. Yaara will be for both. From friendship to romance, the music of ‘Yaara' has all the elements of a soulful music album. I hope everyone loves the songs as much as they have loved the trailer," Dhulia said.

The film features Shruti Haasan, Vidyut Jammwal, Amit Sadh, Vijay Varma, Kenny Basumatary and Sanjay Mishra. It is a remake of the 2011 French film, "A Gang Story".

The Zee 5 release "Yaara" is a friendship drama that tests an enduring friendship between four notorious criminals, and is set in the backdrop of North India around the India-Nepal border.
