This Yoga day Reena shares how Yoga is extremely beneficial to everyone and helps to increase immunity and reduce stress as well.

Sharing her thoughts she says, "Yoga is not just postures but lifestyle too and it has been my lifestyle since childhood. It has given me so much mental and physical strength that I really want to spread this knowledge with people. Yoga relieves you from all kinds of mental illnesses and helps you focus your mind on important things in life. If I don't do yoga for a couple of days at a stretch, I start feeling low."

Reena urges everyone to make sure that Yoga is practised and is included in daily life. She believes that in testing times like this, yoga is the one essestial that will save the future generations. While the world is still trying to find ways to better lifestyle, yoga is an age old technique that keeps us lively and positive.
