Sonam Kapoor, known for her Zero acting skills, gets into Twitter spat with Abhay Deol over Fairness Cream, later deletes her Tweets.

Sonam Kapoor is famous for her zero acting skills and sheer arrogance on Twitter. Yeah yeah, we all know she did act in Neerja, but her acting skills were just about mediocre in it and Neerja was successful because of the story and direction, it could have been better if we had a better actress portraying the role of Neerja.

Abhay Deol posted his disgust over actors promoting fairness creams on social media. He missed out on his step-sister Esha Deol, probably because she ain't an actress no more and took retirement from Bollywood long time back. Abhay Deol listed SRK, Sonam Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra, Deepika Padukone, Vidya Balan and Shahid Kapoor among others who promoted Fairness products. Since Sonam was questioned about this unethical promotion of fairness creams that indirectly shames dark skinned Indians, Sonam decided to counter attack Abhay by bringing Esha Deol into picture.

Sonam Kapoor posted a pic of Esha Deol promoting a fairness cream and Tweeted, “I appreciate and concur with your views Abhay, Would like to know your thoughts on this one as well.”

Abhay responded back with, "Is wrong too, For my views read my post".

Sonam Kapoor seemed hurt and then tweeted, "Thank you Abhay, I shot this campaign ten years ago and didn't understand the ramifications. Thank you for bringing this to the forefront."

Abhay Deol gave a befitting reply to this untalnted actress and Tweeted, "More power to you @Sonamkapoor may be you can use your power as well to take this further than the forefront".

Interestingly, Sonam has deleted all her tweets from the conversation.

Earlier, Abhay posted a number of celebrity ad campaigns on his Facebook timeline, criticising Bollywood, and India’s, obsession with fairness. His posts were in reaction to a video where former BJP parliamentarian Tarun Vijay apparently made racist remarks about “south Indians”. The video went viral on social media and the politician was criticised for his remarks.
