Akshay Kumar's new film Gold's trailer, has been released today. In Gold, Akshay has been cast as a hockey player, Tapan Das, determined to win a gold medal for India.Akshay, yet again, has delivered a masterstroke in Gold considering the fact that the film belongs to the patriotic genre - a genus that he is pretty much thorough in.
His dilemma of being governed by the British government is visible through uncompromising dialogues and Tapan Das does accomplish his mission since India won its first Gold medal as an independent nation at the Olympics on August 12, 1948.
Gold is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, helmed by Reema Kagti and is all set to release on the 15th August 2018 and is all set to clash with John Abraham’s Satyamev Jayate directed by Milap Zaveri.
