Inferno is a Hollywood mystery thriller movie directed by Ron Howard (The director of A Beautiful Mind).

The film is the sequel to The Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons, and stars Tom Hanks, reprising his role as Robert Langdon, alongside Felicity Jones, Omar Sy, Sidse Babett Knudsen, Ben Foster, and Irrfan Khan. The film is scheduled to be released on October 28, 2016.

Irfan Khan plays Harry "The Provost" Sims, head of The Consortium, helping Zobrist in his mission whereas Tom Hanks plays Robert Langdon, the professor of Symbology at Harvard University.

Premise: Robert Langdon awakens in a hospital room in Florence, Italy, with no memory of what has transpired over the last few days. He suddenly finds himself, once again, the target of a major manhunt. With the help of Dr. Sienna Brooks and his knowledge of symbology, Langdon will try to regain his freedom and lost memories, all while solving the most intricate riddle he's ever faced.
