The first official poster of The Goddess Queen Padmavati is out now. Deepika Padukone is seen in a beautiful Rajasthani Queen's attire. SLB has directed the movie and also happens to be the music composer. The film features Deepika Padukone in the title role as Rani Padmini, alongside Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor, Jim Sarbh and Aditi Rao Hydari. The film is scheduled to release on Dec 1, 2017.
According to Aazad.com, Alauddin Khilji had a eunuch slave-general named Malik Kafur. Jim Sarbh will be playing Malik Kafur.
