Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3, may move out sooner than expected from cinemas. Collections have been low from the day of release. The film would be struggling to enter a double-digit lifetime collection.

Sanjay Dutt biopic Sanju is having a dream run in cinemas for weeks. It may well become the biggest Bollywood film ever as it has surpassed the earnings of Padmaavat. Therefore, one would have thought that Sanjay Dutt releasing another movie, in which he is the star, would really help the film as far as box office collection is concerned. However, even though Sanjay plays his inimitable self to the hilt in Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3, its collection has been just Rs 4.40 crore till date. The film released on 27th July but couldn't make a mark in the box office in the weekends.

Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3, would wrap up sooner than expected from Cinemas as the collections dipped further on Monday. With an opening day that just about crossed the 1 crore mark and then the weekend which stayed around 5 crores, there was never really any sort of a chance for the film to hold on in the weekdays. This is what happened as well with the collections staying really low at 75 lakhs*. The total has stretched to 5.75 crore* and that tells a very sorry tale for the Tigmanshu Dhulia directed film that would struggle to enter a double-digit lifetime number.

In spite of having all the ingredients needed for making a hit film, this Tigmashu Dhulia franchise failed to impress the critics. However, Dhulia said that this latest film was made on a grander scale in every way. However, the low occupancy rate on opening day and even on the weekends, show that it has not left cinema-goers too thrilled.

Apart from Sanjay Dutt, Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3 cast includes Jimmy Sheirgill, Chitrangda Singh, and Mahie Gill. It has been produced by Rahul Mittra and the banner is that of JAR Pictures.
