Sanju Breaks Record Of PK At Box Office After Tiger Zinda Hai.

After beating Salman Khan's Tiger Zinda Hai box office collection, the Sanjay Dutt biopic has now moved above Aamir Khan's PK collection as well, and which now stands at Rs 341.22 crore. The film is now the third-highest grossing film in India.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted the figures on Twitter. "#Sanju surpasses *lifetime biz* of #PK... Now THIRD HIGHEST GROSSING *Hindi* film... [Week 5] Fri 45 lakhs, Sat 87 lakhs, Sun 1.15 cr, Mon 35 lakhs, Tue 40 lakhs, Wed 38 lakhs, Thu 34 lakhs. Total: 341.22 cr. India biz.
Sanju is behind Baahubali 2- The Conclusion, which raked in Rs 510.99 crore and Dangal (Rs 387.38 crore).
Sanju released on June 29 and continued to give stiff competition to new releases, including Dhadak, Soorma and Mission Impossible. It remains to be seen whether it will hold strong as Fanney Khan, Mulk and Karwaan have just hit the screens.
Sanju box office collection Day 31: Afer completing a month run in screens, the Ranbir Kapoor starrer has managed to survive even as new film releases have threatened to oust it from the theatres. It is now the fourth biggest earner of all time.
Ranbir Kapoor's Sanju will be available to the visually impaired people through an application, which will help them understand and enjoy the movie through sound description. A lot of excitement is building up amongst the visually impaired audience, who now can watch Sanju with the 'XL Cinema application'.
